All moves must be scheduled after-hours, a minimum of three days in advance. Please see the Loading Dock section for specific guidelines.

For tenant move-ins or move-outs, all moving companies must comply with Building Management’s insurance requirements prior to visiting the Building. Please see the Insurance Requirements section for specific guidelines.

The moving company must protect all building corners in high traffic areas, including all walls and door frames. The hallway carpeting must be covered with sheets of Masonite board, which need to be secured together so safety risks caused by overlapping boards do not occur.

The moving company must be union.
